What matters?
The applicable route depends on the length of legal residence, family circumstances and the way in which language, social integration and economic participation can be proved. A prior review can prevent an application being filed with a decisive document missing.
If the public prosecutor issues a negative opinion, I examine the legal reasoning and the evidence relied upon. I have substantial experience with court appeals involving alleged serious facts, identity issues, criminal records and disputes about social integration.
