THOROUGH CASE ASSESSMENT
What matters?
A visa C covers a short stay of up to ninety days in any 180-day period. A visa D is a national visa for a stay in Belgium exceeding ninety days. The purpose of the journey or residence determines the applicable conditions and supporting documents.
I identify the appropriate procedure, review the evidence and help present the purpose of stay clearly. While the application is being processed, I follow up regularly with the Belgian Immigration Office so that questions or missing documents can be addressed in time and the risk of an avoidable negative decision is reduced. Following a refusal, I analyse the reasoning and advise whether an appeal or a stronger new application is the most suitable next step.
