The application is handled by the competent region. Flanders, Brussels and Wallonia each have their own procedure and assessment criteria. Professional experience, the business plan, financial viability and the project’s economic added value are often decisive.
I assist with applications in all three regions, help determine where the application must be filed and review whether the legal and economic evidence is convincing. I also advise on renewals, changes of activity and refusals.
