Humanitarian and medical regularisation are exceptional procedures requiring strong factual evidence. The authorities may consider vulnerability, family life, health, integration and concrete obstacles to return.
I reconstruct the residence history, identify the legally relevant elements and organise the supporting documents. I also assess orders to leave Belgian territory, withdrawals of residence and other negative residence decisions.
